With the “New Age” spirituality I have seen more “performance” than embodied dedication! Capitalism doesn’t help either! I love how you said “Presence isn’t just peace—it’s power”! Yes it is! And when you understand that, you start to see how and why society is built to keep your DISTRACTED, MOVING, and simultaneously living in the FUTURE! There is a book called “The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment” by Eckhart Tolle…it is still on my list to read, but I am arriving at the same conclusion while on my own journey! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
